A Custom-built to machine bottling line scrolls
Most bottling-line machines have a
varying-pitch scroll (highlighted here) to separate out the crowded bottles on
the conveyor and feed them into the process machine. The only other way to
manufacture this scroll is by a 4-axis CNC machine. The special-purpose
manufacturing machine designed by us is an extremely simple generating-type
design.

Extremely simple operation
Only a flat master cam made from sheet-metal
is required for machining a scroll
Only this cam has to be changed for making
scrolls of different designs
