About Us

Neuplacements is an Executive Search firm based at Pune, India, the industrial and automobile hub of India. Neuplacements was founded in July 2001 by Nandini Gupta.

Our thorough knowledge of engineering helps us understand complex Job Descriptions and match them with competent profiles. We strive to save the recruitment time for our clients.

We have compiled a large, well-catalogued databank of the best of professionals from all over the country. We also have experience in recruiting for Greenfield projects, Plants and at the Corporate level.

Since 2001, we have developed innovative techniques of sourcing niche profiles, which need the ability to understand complex engineering job-profiles, particularly those which require multiple and cross-functional skills.

Nandini Gupta

Nandini Gupta holds an MBA from one of top B-Schools, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) from the '84 batch.

She worked with Neubauplan Machine Design Studio from 1984 to 2001. This experience with machine design and prototyping has given her an in-depth understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes. She understands the intricacies of machines, technology and processes.

At Neubauplan, she learnt the art of “lateral thinking”. This skill helps her and her team to match the right candidates to the right profiles.
