founded in July 2001 by Nandini Gupta.

Nandini Gupta
Nandini Gupta holds an
MBA from one of top B-Schools, Symbiosis Institute of Business Management
(SIBM) from the '84 batch.
She worked with
Neubauplan Machine Design Studio from 1984 to 2001. This experience with
machine design and prototyping has given her an in-depth understanding of
engineering and manufacturing processes. She understands the intricacies
of machines, technology and processes.
At Neubauplan, she
learnt the art of “lateral thinking”. This skill helps her and her team to
match the right candidates to the right profiles. |
Apurva Bahadur is an electronics
engineer and has headed an R&D department for most of his career. A volume
of his work has been centered on the application of electronics in the
diesel engines and genset industry.
Apurva has a multi-disciplinary approach with knowledge of electronics,
computers, software, networking, electrical, internet, instrumentation,
mechanical, automobile, diesel gensets, transport, railways, aviation,
defense, projects etc. Apart from design he has experience in production,
applications quality control and documentation. Apurva has handled a large
team of people both on the shop floor as well at installation sites.
This varied exposure has given him a unique insight into locating the
optimal manpower for engineering industries.
