Mylar balloon folding machine designed for CNC Custom, Bourbonnais IL, USA.

This is World's First off-line Mylar balloon folding machine, folding it into 1/16th size with four consecutive folds. The machine was designed by us in India, and the prototype was made in the United States.

Key design features:

	Completely pneumatic operation
	Automatic operation from a stack of 100 balloons in a tray
	Only one change-part for changing over from round to heart-shaped balloon
	20 balloons can be folded per minute
	The balloons are kept pressed for 5-8 seconds before delivery, so they crease well
